Project Highlights

Balsam Holdings Ltd, as the owner of 5455 Balsam St, is proposing to rezone the site to allow for a second secured rental residential building north of the existing rental building, which is to remain.

  • 145 units of secured rental housing providing a variety of options for families and individuals, in line with the City of Vancouver’s objectives;
  • Indoor and outdoor amenity spaces for residents both at grade and on rooftops;
  • Underground vehicle and bike parking; and
  • Enhanced landscape including tree retention.
